Drive end-to-end Guidewire implementations in a fast-paced environment
Domain Expertise
Apply deep P&C Insurance (Personal Lines) knowledge to design and configure solutions

Qualification
Required
10+ years in IT
5+ years in Guidewire development & configuration
Proven Guidewire implementation experience (not just maintenance/support)
Strong P&C Insurance domain knowledge (Auto, Home, Renters, etc.)
Leadership experience - Managed dev teams in distributed environments
Problem-solving mindset - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Guidewire apps
Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
