Responsibilities
Lead structured SACOT group sessions in alignment with clinical protocols
Document interventions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with Medicaid and agency standards
Collaborate with Peer Support, Clinical Supervisors, and interdisciplinary staff
Conduct intake coordination, risk assessments, and individualized engagement strategies
Champion a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to care
Qualification
Required
Must meet NC standards as a Qualified Professional (Bachelors in human services + 2 years MH/SUD experience, or equivalent)
Strong written documentation, clinical reasoning, and team collaboration required
Preferred
Experience facilitating SACOT or comparable outpatient groups is preferred
Working knowledge of electronic health records and Medicaid billing is beneficial
