The role involves managing accounts receivable processes, reconciling financial data, and supporting audits.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, collections, and credit management

Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and other financial data

Prepare, review, and post journal entries in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains)

Oversee day-to-day accounting functions to ensure accuracy and compliance

Assist in month-end and year-end closings, including preparing financial reports

Monitor cash flow, ensure timely collections, and maintain accurate records

Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and analysis

Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement

Develop and enforce accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
