Responsibilities
Be the First Line of Support Answer incoming calls from customers and installers, providing expert guidance on operations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation support
Deliver Top-Notch Customer Experience Promote and maintain positive customer relations by offering clear, friendly, and professional assistance at all times
Guide and Troubleshoot Like a Pro Provide over-the-phone troubleshooting and repair support to customers and installers, ensuring smooth resolutions
Teach and Train Instruct installers and customers on proper equipment installation, operation, and maintenance, ensuring they fully understand their responsibilities
Problem-Solve Efficiently Administer service programs to resolve technical issues and provide long-term solutions
Coordinate On-Site Support Dispatch installers for hands-on service when issues go beyond phone troubleshooting
Keep Everything Organized Prepare and maintain daily logs and records, ensuring service calls, issues, and resolutions are well-documented
Help Improve Our Products Identify recurring issues and recommend product improvements based on customer feedback and troubleshooting experiences
Qualification
Required
Experience in Customer or Technical Support
Technical Aptitude
Strong Communication Skills
Problem-Solving Mindset
Candidates must be open to working a 40-hour flexible schedule within working hours
