Responsibilities
Manage and schedule content across two social media platforms
Repurpose podcast and event content into reels, carousels, and quotes
Write engaging, on-brand captions and perform hashtag research
Set up and manage email marketing campaigns using tools like MailerLite, ConvertKit, or Flodesk
Create welcome sequences, event reminders, and broadcast emails
Design marketing content for events, newsletters, and social media using Canva
Support podcast production: editing, uploading, show notes, and audiogram creation
Distribute episodes to podcast platforms and promote across channels
Organize and maintain systems using ClickUp, Google Drive, and Slack
Set up basic automations via Zapier or other platform-native tools
Qualification
Required
Experience in content creation and social media management
Familiarity with email marketing platforms and campaign setup
Proficient in Canva, ClickUp, and podcast platforms (Buzzsprout, Anchor, or similar)
Strong writing and communication skills
Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
Able to give daily updates via Slack or ClickUp
Comfortable using Loom for process walkthroughs
Positive, service-oriented attitude with the ability to anticipate needs
