Responsibilities
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Shield the team from outside interruptions and remove impediments to progress
Coach team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and self-organization
Track and report on key Agile metrics (velocity, sprint burn-downs, etc.)
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed specifications
Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and refine the product backlog
Assist in creating test cases and participate in UAT to ensure solutions meet business expectations
Support business process modeling and workflow optimization
Qualification
Required
8 years of experience
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
