Responsibilities
Perform and document all procedures, materials, and results efficiently while adhering to applicable regulatory standards (protocols, methods, SOPs, etc.)
Demonstrate effective communication through discussions with peers, supervisors, and team members
Assist with laboratory maintenance and support functions, such as labeling and solution preparation
Maintain study-specific inventory of consumables with oversight
Write and manage both study and non-study deviations with minimal oversight
Actively participate in process improvement initiatives with guidance
Develop critical thinking, troubleshooting, and time management skills in alignment with operational needs
Assist in executing routine studies and assay/method validation projects with oversight
Operate laboratory instruments with complete supervision
Assist with data analysis using appropriate software for at least one platform
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A Bachelors degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience (no previous work experience required)
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Strong verbal and written communication skills at all organizational levels
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
General computer skills and the ability to learn validated systems
Availability to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, or shifts on short notice
The ability to work under specific time constraints
