Responsibilities
Develop and configure product models, pricing rules, and guided selling processes using Salesforce Industries CPQ (Vlocity CPQ)
Work with OmniStudio tools (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards) to create user-driven, dynamic interfaces
Collaborate with architects and business analysts to understand CPQ requirements and translate them into high-quality technical solutions
Implement and manage product decomposition, attribute rules, and compatibility rules
Support the configuration of product catalogs, bundles, promotions, and eligibility criteria within Communications Cloud
Assist in testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of CPQ implementations
Maintain documentation of configuration logic, code components, and deployment processes
Stay current with Salesforce Industries releases and enhancements, applying best practices and ensuring forward compatibility
Qualification
Required
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
2+ years of experience in Salesforce Industries CPQ (Vlocity CPQ) development
Proficiency in OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards)
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries Product Modeling, Pricing, and Decomposition
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience with Communications Cloud (or other Salesforce Industry Clouds) is strongly preferred
Knowledge of Salesforce platform development (Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components) is a plus
Salesforce Industries and OmniStudio certifications are highly desirable
