Prepare administrative reports, document and correspondence
Answer, screen and direct phone calls within the department

Maintaining multiple calendars

Microsoft OfficeOffice proceduresOrganizational skillsProfessional office experienceIndependent work

Required

2 yrs of professional office experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
Organized and able to work independently
Experience with office procedures for organizing, filing and storage of case files
