Panama City-CLS-Administrative Assistant
Padmore Global Connections is seeking an Administrative Assistant for their Panama City office. The role involves supporting the Regional Director and other leadership by managing administrative tasks such as preparing reports, handling correspondence, and maintaining calendars.

Responsibilities
Supports Regional Director, Managing Attorney, Attorney Supervisor and CLS Leadership
Prepare administrative reports, document and correspondence
Answer, screen and direct phone calls within the department
Filing and data entry
Maintaining multiple calendars
Qualification
Required
2 yrs of professional office experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
Organized and able to work independently
Experience with office procedures for organizing, filing and storage of case files
