Mid LevelPadmore Global Connections is seeking a Technical IT Project Manager to lead and manage high-complexity projects within the Indiana health department. The role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative IT solutions.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage high-complexity IT projects within the health department
Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solution architects, cloud architects, and DevOps engineers
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful project delivery
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
Coordinate with the helpdesk team to ensure smooth project implementation and support
Implement ITSM best practices and manage ITSM projects
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor project performance
Ensure compliance with health department regulations and standards
Work in a pressured environment handling multiple projects simultaneously
Provide oversight for a team of approximately 12 individuals
Manage large budget-related projects
Work with internal and external partners and internal teams
Work very closely with the PMO office to ensure compliance with PMO guidelines
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and higher executive staff, providing regular status reports to all audiences
Qualification
Required
Strong background in project management
Experience in cloud environments
Experience with health care projects
Ability to lead and manage high-complexity IT projects
