Manage the execution of medium to high-complexity projects within a matrix resource environment
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across multiple organizations to deliver successful project outcomes
Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, including budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and quality assurance
Apply PMI-based project management methodologies to manage System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects using iterative approaches
Provide leadership in multi-company, cross-functional team environments
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience managing projects related to Data Warehousing, Data Science, and Visualization technologies
Manage the execution of medium to high-complexity projects within a matrix resource environment
Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across multiple organizations to deliver successful project outcomes
Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, including budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and quality assurance
Apply PMI-based project management methodologies to manage System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects using iterative approaches
Provide leadership in multi-company, cross-functional team environments
Minimum 7 years of project management experience handling medium to high-complexity projects
24 years of experience leading teams
5+ years of experience in software or systems testing
5+ years of experience in software development
Proven experience managing projects related to Data Warehousing, Data Science, and BI
Expertise in managing SDLC projects and iterative methodologies
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in budgeting, process management, risk assessment, and reporting
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) for effective interaction with all levels of management
Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills to build and maintain effective relationships
Preferred
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of project management frameworks, methodologies, and competency areas
Ability to manage and influence project teams without direct reporting relationships
Determination to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines successfully
