They are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Typing Clerk to support their administrative and documentation efforts. The Typing Clerk will be responsible for accurately typing, formatting, and reviewing a variety of documents, ensuring professionalism and clarity in all internal and external documentation.

Responsibilities
Type and format correspondence, reports, forms, and other documents
Transcribe audio recordings or handwritten notes into digital text
Proofread typed documents for spelling, grammar, punctuation, and formatting errors
Organize and maintain digital and printed records in an orderly manner
Work with other departments to prepare standardized documents
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive or proprietary information
Meet deadlines for document submissions and updates
Perform general clerical duties as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in a typing, clerical, or administrative support role
Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 50 words per minute preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and other word processing tools
Strong grammar, spelling, and proofreading abilities
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred
Familiarity with formatting professional documents or business correspondence
Experience with transcription software or digital dictation tools
Previous work in a high-volume administrative setting
