Responsibilities
Support Microsoft core business applications and virtualization environments (Citrix, Microsoft, VMware)
Implement and support Microsoft Server technologies
Monitor and resolve issues for WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security products
Manage support tickets and document resolutions professionally
Interface with clients and vendors to implement projects and resolve technical issues
Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and improve services
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems
Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to clients
Fluency in Japanese (reading, writing, conversation)
Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN operations and protocols
Adaptability and quick learning ability
Analytical thinking and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience with networking hardware (switches, routers, firewalls)
Relevant technical certifications (e.g., MCSE, CCNA, CCA)
