Gentask Virtual Assistance Services is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support various digital marketing efforts. The role involves managing CRM tools, executing social media strategies, and conducting lead generation activities to enhance client engagement and partnerships.

Responsibilities
Implement and manage ClickUp CRM for structured lead tracking, follow-ups, and progress reporting
Utilize automation tools to streamline client outreach and follow-ups
Develop and execute engagement strategies on Instagram to connect with ideal clients through content marketing and DM outreach
Manage LinkedIn marketing efforts to build professional partnerships and establish the brands authority in the wellness space
Conduct lead outreach, follow up with potential clients, and schedule wellness consultations
Maintain a structured system for tracking responses and converting leads into booked calls
Identify and establish collaborations with local businesses (e.g., injury lawyers, yoga studios, fitness trainers) for referral partnerships
Assist in developing an affiliate/reward program to incentivize referrals
Qualification
Required
Experienced in CRM tools (ClickUp preferred), social media marketing, and lead generation
Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn marketing strategies
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
