Pipe Recruit is seeking a Lead IT Project Manager to oversee Data & BI projects, preferably with candidates who have Insurance/Reinsurance experience. The role involves managing globally distributed teams and requires on-site presence in NYC three days a week.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and backlogs
Lead cross-functional teams, including data analysts and engineers
Communicate project updates, manage expectations, and present status reports
Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure quality deliverables
Manage project scope, schedule, and budget with proper documentation

Required

Insurance/Reinsurance domain expertise preferred

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate with globally dispersed teams

Preferred

Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration
Experience in enterprise IT environments with cloud technologies
