Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end project activities in Data Services, MDM, BI, and Data Science domains
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders effectively
Ensure adherence to industry best practices, standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
12 to 15 years of project management experience, with a focus on medium to high complexity projects in a matrixed environment
2 to 4 years of experience in team leadership roles
5+ years of experience in software or systems testing and software development
Proficiency in managing System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects using iterative methodologies
Strong analytical skills for budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and quality control
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Experience influencing and managing project teams without formal direct reporting relationships
Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred
Experience with Data Warehouse, Data Science, and Visualization projects
Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
Knowledge of BI tools and principles
Understanding of data governance and compliance standards
