Customer Success Engineer

Dialtone is building the platform layer for enterprise-grade agentic AI, providing innovative solutions for enterprises to automate cross-system work. The Customer Success Engineer will partner with customers to design integrations and implement solutions, ensuring reliability and compliance while driving projects from discovery to production launch.

Responsibilities

Partner with customers to map business workflows to Dialtone’s agent platform
Design integrations, data flows, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints that meet reliability, security, and compliance needs
Build custom connectors, prompt templates, and evaluation harnesses in TypeScript / Python
Stand up QA pipelines and performance dashboards that prove success
Drive projects from discovery to production launch
Coordinate with customer engineering, security, and ops teams while looping back insights to Dialtone’s product and core engineering groups
Create reference architectures, sample repos, and internal playbooks so future deployments move faster
Test new platform features in the wild, debug edge cases, and influence the roadmap with real-world requirements

Required

3-8 yrs delivering production software or solutions architecture for enterprise customers
Fluent in TypeScript / Node.js / Python - bonus for Go or Rust - and comfortable writing Terraform or Pulumi when infra needs it
Have deployed distributed systems: queues, event buses, or data pipelines that process millions of events daily
Thrive at whiteboarding with customers, translating fuzzy requirements into crisp technical specs and shipped code
Understand the nuances of security reviews, SOC2, and enterprise SSO/SCIM rollouts
Communicate clearly with both execs and engineers - written design docs are your default, not an afterthought

Preferred

Prior experience with LLM or agentic frameworks (LangChain, DSPy, ReAct)
Contributions to open-source integration tooling, SDKs, or CLIs
Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or data-warehouse ecosystems (SAP, Snowflake, Databricks)
