Responsibilities

Oversee mining hardware performance, energy consumption, and operational uptime, maintaining efficiency across all facilities
Actively manage relationships with external vendors, site operation teams, and other counter parties to ensure seamless daily operations
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime
Collaborate with the Technical Operations Specialist for equipment upgrades and performance analysis
Maintain accurate records of operational performance and generate reports to inform decision-making and strategy development

Required

Proven experience in managing large-scale operations, preferably in crypto mining, data center, or high-tech industries

Strong communication skills, with experience coordinating with vendors, technical specialists, and internal teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle unexpected challenges proactively
Ability to business travels
