Parts Director
Monroe Tractor is a well-known construction and agricultural equipment dealer with over 70 years of experience. They are seeking a Parts Director who will develop annual objectives, manage budgets, and drive profitability while leading the parts department across multiple locations.

Responsibilities
Track revenues, expenses and set goals
Collaborate with Learning & Development Manager and branch location management to enhance our customer service capabilities
Develop and Manage Parts department “procedures/best practices”
Manage employee training to meet all manufacturer requirements
Inventory Control
Maximize turns
Focus on slow and inactive Parts per metrics
Manage pricing
Manage vendor relations to ensure that we participate in all appropriate OEM programs
Oversee department safety practices and implement improvements as necessary
Ability to collaborate with other departments to collectively support company policies and procedures
Assist in training current and new team members
Work with Marketing to develop promotional materials
Qualification
Required
Understanding of supply chain management
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Minimum 3 years of management experience
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
Frequent travel required
Minimum 5 years of Heavy Equipment dealership experience
