Workday Integration Specialist
Padmore Global Connections is looking for a Workday Integration Specialist to join their team. This role involves designing, building, and implementing integrations within the Workday software platform, focusing on Human Capital Management, Finance, and Procurement. The Integration Developer will collaborate with stakeholders to meet integration needs and ensure data accuracy and governance.

Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this role is to design, build and implement robust solutions
This includes analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, implementation, training, and support of complex business and enterprise software solutions
Designs, develops, and implements Workday solutions focusing on Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance and Procurement
Configures and customizes Workday business processes, workflows, and integrations to meet specific organizational needs
Collaborate with stakeholders, such as Officers, Directors, Managers or Teams to understand their Integration needs
Stay updated with Workday releases and new features to leverage enhancements in integration capabilities
Adhere to data governance policies and best practices to maintain data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
Validate and reconcile data from multiple sources to ensure the reliability of report outputs
Document integration requirements, specifications, and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing
Conducts unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for Workday solutions
Design, Build, Test, and Deploy Workday Integration solutions using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Studio, and web services, and core connectors
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
5+ years of experience in Workday integrations development with strong experience in HCM and Financial Module integration
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Collaborates with functional stakeholders to assess Integration needs, gather specifications/requirements, and design integrations for development
Develop Workday integration using technologies such as EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, and Workday Studio
Experience with integration technologies including Web Services and APIs: (WSDL (Web Service Description Language), SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol), REST (Representational State Transfer) and WS (Web Services) standards, XML, XSLT, JSON, and Java
Knowledge in Integration security (ISU, PGP Key, MFA)
Demonstrated ability with data migration, integration development, report building, and calculated fields as it relates to integrations
Experience developing integrations for both Workday HCM and Financials
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written, verbal communication skills and collaboration abilities
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills
