The role involves collaborating with internal and external team members to meet project deliverables and handling customer requests for tool adjustments or enhancements.

Responsibilities
Full life cycle administration, operations and maintenance of an enterprise document management platform
Creates a collaborative partnership with all internal and external team members to accomplish the deliverables within the timeframes
Responsible for completing customer requests/projects to make adjustments or enhancements to the tool
Responsible handling any operations and maintenance related to the assigned tool
Responsible for developing, tracking and documenting any changes or procedures/processes
Working with a team and communicating with well with customers
Has the ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Need to have an understanding of workflow and approval processes
Qualification
Required
