Mid LevelPadmore Global Connections is seeking a Community Based Contract Compliance Auditor to join their regional team. The role involves on-site monitoring and reviews of DCS community based contracted provider businesses to ensure compliance with billing and service standards, as well as conducting audits and suggesting process improvements.

Responsibilities
Conduct on-site monitoring and reviews of DCS community based contracted provider businesses
Evaluate DCS services and billing to assure there are no errors and billing has been performed appropriately
Educate, recommend and create plans of corrections when any errors are found
Conduct audits throughout DCS regions 9, 10, and 11
Pursue any financial damages to the state within the auditing process
Travel in a team to DCS contracted provider locations to conduct reviews and audits
Participate in weekly team Teams meetings, monthly division Teams meetings and quarterly face to face meetings in Central Office in Marion County
Suggest process improvement within the team and within the division
Adhere to all applicable state laws, policies, service standards, and procedures
Participate in trainings to maintain a full understanding of the position and its responsibilities
Qualification
Required

Perform comprehensive reviews of a provider's practices from point of service to billing
Pursue any financial damages to the state within the auditing process
Travel in a team to DCS contracted provider locations to conduct reviews and audits
Participate in weekly team Teams meetings, monthly division Teams meetings, and quarterly face to face meetings in Central Office in Marion County
Suggest process improvement within the team and within the division
Adhere to all applicable state laws, policies, service standards, and procedures
Participate in trainings to maintain a full understanding of the position and its responsibilities
Travel to DCS provider locations within the regions as required
