Direct supervision of the mailroom staff
Planning workloads and coordinating work priorities
Arranging special Commission deliveries, mailings, and project requests
Coordinating special mailing requirements with the Post Office
Monitoring the maintenance and upkeep of assigned vehicles and trip-logs to ensure the accurate completion of various reports
Assisting in obtaining vehicle repair estimates and procuring services from vendors in accordance with state purchasing rules
Training employees on assigned tasks
Responsible to fill the gap when a Direct Report under supervision is out sick, on annual leave, or has a scheduled doctors appointment
Ensuring operational supplies are available and stocked
Qualification
Required
