Mid LevelPadmore Global Connections is seeking a Community Based Contract Compliance Auditor to join their regional team. The role involves conducting on-site monitoring and reviews of DCS community-based contracted provider businesses to ensure compliance with state laws and billing practices.

Responsibilities
Conduct reviews throughout DCS regions 8, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18
Evaluate DCS services and billing to assure there are no errors and billing has been performed appropriately
Educate, recommend and create plans of corrections when any errors are found
Conduct audits throughout the same regions as listed above
Perform a more comprehensive look at a provider's practices from point of service to billing
Pursue any financial damages to the state within this process
Travel in a team to DCS contracted provider locations to conduct reviews and audits
Participate in weekly team Teams meetings, monthly division Teams meetings and quarterly face to face meetings in Central Office in Marion County
Suggest process improvement within the team and within the division
Adhere to all applicable state laws, policies, service standards, and procedures
Participate in trainings to assist in maintaining a full understanding of their position and its responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Experience in conducting audits or compliance reviews
Knowledge of DCS services and billing practices
Ability to educate and recommend corrective actions
Strong analytical skills to evaluate provider practices
Willingness to travel frequently within specified regions
Ability to participate in team meetings and trainings
Understanding of state laws, policies, service standards, and procedures
