Responsibilities
Collaborate with business units to gather and document functional requirements
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization using SAP S/4 HANA capabilities
Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and system configurations
Support testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT
Assist in change management, training, and post-implementation support
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, and WM
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and system performance
Qualification
Required
Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in SAP environments, preferably SAP S/4 HANA
Strong understanding of SAP business processes in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics
Experience in gathering requirements, writing functional specs, and supporting SAP implementations
Familiarity with SAP Fiori, reporting tools, and data analysis
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX for the full duration of the contract
Must be able to work and travel without restriction
Preferred
Experience in industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, or life sciences
Exposure to SAP Ariba, SAP Business Network, or SAP GTS
Prior experience in short-term, high-impact consulting engagements
