Responsibilities

Lead complex stormwater and water resources projects focused on stormwater management, watershed planning, drainage design, flood mitigation, and environmental compliance

Manage a team and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-impact, sustainable solutions

Client relationship management, project delivery, and strategic technical oversight

Mentor junior and mid-level staff to support their professional growth

Play a key leadership role in advancing team development and supporting business development efforts

Ensure the successful execution of projects aligned with client goals and regulatory requirements

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience

Professional Engineer or ability to obtain registration within six months

12+ years of engineering experience with 6+ years managing teams

Self-motivated, engaged, team-oriented, and strategic thinking with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision

Strong leadership and team building and engagement skills as well as excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

Knowledge of accounting principles, including budgeting and forecasting

Execute multiple tasks under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities

Experience with business and strategic planning processes

Proven track record of developing existing and new client relationships

Proven Track record of mentoring and coaching

Energetic, flexible, confident, and forward thinking

Preferred

Project Manager training and/or certifications
