Required

A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's a plus!)
8+ years of hands-on experience in highway engineering design
A passion for excellence and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects
Strong technical skills in highway design, with a deep understanding of VDOT, AASHTO, and FHWA standards
A knack for collaboration and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in CADD/Design Software (MicroStation, InRoads, Geopak, OpenRoads, AutoCAD, Civil3D)
A P.E. license in Virginia (highly desirable)
