2+ years expTGA Sports is seeking a passionate and experienced pickleball coach to join their team and help grow the sport in Bergen County. The ideal candidate will teach lessons, develop lesson plans, and recruit additional coaches to expand their offerings.

Responsibilities
Teach pickleball lessons to players of all ages and skill levels
Develop and implement pickleball lesson plans
Provide feedback and assess player progress
Organize and run pickleball clinics and tournaments
Promote pickleball in the community
Recruit, hire, and train additional pickleball coaches
Qualification
Required
Certified pickleball instructor (CPT) or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching pickleball
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of pickleball rules, strategies, and techniques
Ability to motivate and inspire players of all levels
Passion for pickleball and a desire to share your knowledge with others
