Responsibilities
Internalize, accommodate, and execute our rigorous, college-preparatory curriculum including daily lesson plans, unit plans, and the scope and sequence for one to two sections of instruction
Support with school-wide coverage needs to ensure students receive quality instruction in instances when team members are out of the building due to absences
Collaborate with our Support Teachers to ensure tremendous academic growth for EL students and students with disabilities
Engage in a community where teaching is public (i.e. engaging in classroom visits, publication of curriculum, observation and feedback cycles)
Commit to a school culture of consistency by implementing school-wide systems, structures, and procedures
Qualification
Required
Holds an A.A./A.S. degree
Preferred
Speaks Spanish or has experience working with bilingual students
