Responsibilities

Join a supportive software engineering team and collaborate directly with top-tier engineers, receiving mentorship and guidance as you actively contribute to live projects

Consistently deliver strong work to production while actively engaging in the software development process, from coding to testing and deploying it to production

Take full responsibility for a project and see it through from beginning to end. This includes collaborating with diverse teams and presenting your work to peers and leaders across the company

Work closely with a diverse range of teams, including Design, Product, Data, QA, and DevOps, to deliver cohesive products and features

Investigate and experiment with cutting-edge technologies, like machine learning frameworks and large language models (LLMs), to solve complex problems and improve our engineering systems

Actively participate in our team matching process, where you’ll have the opportunity work on innovative projects like Roblox’s search and discovery, economy ecosystem, game Engine, or infrastructure
