Responsibilities

Manage all phases of the ARS/ARGS implementation project from initiation through close-out

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria

Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers

Coordinate with stakeholders across engineering, supply chain, IT, QA (if regulated), operations, and external vendors

Lead cross-functional project meetings and ensure clear communication across all levels

Support system layout reviews, equipment specifications, and integration with warehouse management systems (WMS/ERP)

Oversee factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT), installation, and commissioning

Ensure the system complies with safety, GxP (if applicable), and operational requirements

Coordinate and supervise third-party vendors and contractors for ARS/ARGS equipment supply, controls, integration, and installation

Ensure vendor deliverables align with contractual obligations

Ensure proper documentation is maintained, including change controls, commissioning records, and validation protocols (if applicable)

Ensure compliance with local regulations, internal policies, and industry standards

Track project financials, manage change orders, and control costs

Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues
