Responsibilities
Review all due diligence materials and supplemental data to gain a thorough understanding of the business and assess requests, providing recommendations to senior underwriters
Perform detailed financial analysis on historical balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow performance, as well as evaluate projection models with sensitivity analysis
Conduct due diligence on originators, borrowers, and guarantors, analyzing transaction structures, creditworthiness of counterparties, and collateral quality
Assess credit risk associated with underlying assets and provide relevant comparative analysis
Monitor ongoing performance of transactions, comparing current results to prior periods and planned performance to ensure compliance with credit agreements
Qualification
Required
2+ years of leveraged lending/investment banking, or similar buy-side experience
