The Dementia Program Director develops and maintains a program that encompasses dementia patients' physical, social, cultural, spiritual, and intellectual needs

Assess each patient and develop programming that maximizes their abilities and provides contentment, enjoyment, and positive self-esteem

Perform ongoing quality improvement evaluations
