Responsibilities
Process and manage tickets (Case Management System) for the Americas, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Act as first line of support for all inquiries from associates and managers regarding programs, policies, and procedures
Process new associate onboarding including conducting New Hire Orientation, processing new hire paperwork, and I9 verifications
Maintain accurate associate data in Workday including, but not limited to, new hire information, termination details of associates, updating organizational structure changes, job titles, salary increases, and other personnel-related data
Ensure all processes are executed in accordance with government regulations (application of Federal, state and local labor laws)
Qualification
Required
High school diploma (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years of related work experience with HRIS and ticketing systems
Strong interpersonal skills, self starter with ability to communicate complex information
Comfortable working in a fast paced, constantly evolving, team environment
Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with strong critical thinking skills and ability to come up-to-speed rapidly
Demonstrates a strong commitment to customer service excellence, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality results while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time efficiently
Maintains discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive information
