Responsibilities

Bring extensive product expertise, strategic vision, and best practices to bear during the sales process
Act as a trusted advisor to prospective customers, laying strong foundations for long-term partnerships
Serve as a mentor to Solutions Consultants on your team
Collaborate with Braze’s sales, marketing, security, and product teams
Operate at the intersection of technology and storytelling to deliver value for customers
Support teammates across all departments with a real 'get it done' attitude for customers

Qualification

Pre-sales EngineeringTechnical Account ManagementCustomer SuccessSaaSMarketing AutomationAPIsIntellectual CuriosityTeam PlayerCommunication Skills

Required

Exemplary written and verbal communication skills coupled with unparalleled follow up skills
Experience selling into accounts with a sophisticated Pre-sales Consulting or Sales Engineering team
Domain knowledge of two or more of the following: SaaS, Mobile, APIs, Marketing Automation, Direct Marketing, Marketing Analytics or Programming (even just HTML)
High level of intellectual curiosity
Ability to act with autonomy and accountability
Open to new perspectives
Experience in Pre-sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success
Ability to serve as a mentor to Solutions Consultants on your team
Willingness to travel, at most 50% at peak times
