Responsibilities
Engage in text-based conversations with the model
Evaluate the model's responses for accuracy and fluency
Annotate linguistic patterns
Test comprehension across a range of Chinese language inputs
Suggest refinements to prompts and evaluation methods
Qualification
Required
Fluent Chinese speaker
Understanding of the nuances of grammar, usage, spelling, tone, and cultural context in both formal and informal Chinese
Ability to challenge advanced AI models with linguistic edge cases, cultural subtleties, translation ambiguities, and phrasing differences
Experience in documenting model failures and guiding improvements with clarity and precision
Engagement in text-based conversations with the model
Evaluation of model responses for accuracy and fluency
Annotation of linguistic patterns
Testing comprehension across a range of Chinese language inputs
Suggestion of refinements to prompts and evaluation methods
Background in linguistics, translation, writing, localization, or teaching
Experience with Chinese language instruction, editing, or QA
Clear communication and a reflective approach to language
