Responsibilities
Performs responsibilities of conducting corrective and preventive maintenance of production equipment and their controls to ensure operation of machinery
Support of various hardware types including Automation tools, networking hardware, scientific laboratory equipment, and industrial computers. Support including but not limited to procurement, management, and troubleshooting
Communicates directly with the production department to coordinate preventive maintenance and troubleshooting work in production areas
Collaborate with engineering team on the installation and development of industrial control systems
Technician is responsible for keeping the records of all preventive maintenance and troubleshooting works
Coordinate with outside sources to schedule maintenance for more complex issues
Ensure work is completed in a safe manner and maintain a safe work environment following all safety requirements
Prepares and maintains maintenance related documents; daily report and check sheet
Working schedule can be changed – Day time or Night time
Employees may be required to work beyond standard hours
Flexible work with weekend if possible (Additional allowance $350.00/ per day)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferred Chemical, Industrial, information system, information science, Manufacturing, Mechanical or related), or High school diploma/GED
Understanding of Production and Processing equipment
Direct, coordinate, lead and mentor the activities of team members
Experience with the management, maintenance, support, upgrade and administration of a Microsoft Windows environment
Prepares and manages a periodic preventive maintenance schedule
Technician is responsible for keeping the records of all preventive maintenance and troubleshooting works
Coordinate with outside sources to schedule maintenance for more complex issues
Ensure work is completed in a safe manner and maintain a safe work environment following all safety requirements
Prepares and maintains maintenance related documents; daily report and check sheet
Other equipment maintenance and repair tasks as assigned
