Responsibilities
Define and execute product features and roadmap items that support the broader product strategy and company goals
Manage fintech integrations and partnerships, ensuring seamless operations from validation through execution and ongoing operation
Drive Product-Led Growth initiatives to enhance customer adoption, retention, and revenue generation
Leverage AI-driven technologies and data driven insights to innovate, improve user experience and reduce operational friction
Partner with engineering, design, data, and customer-facing teams to ensure timely delivery and successful product outcomes
Serve as the product domain expert, clearly communicating vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders
Serve as the voice of the customer in all product decisions, advocating for delightful, intuitive user experiences
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in the FinTech space
Experience working with partners to integrate financial products such as money movement, credit card processing, or payments automation
Demonstrated success driving product initiatives that lead to measurable business outcomes, especially in product-led growth environments
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning & LLM concepts, and practical experience applying AI to fintech solutions
Analytical mindset with a passion for using data and customer feedback to drive decisions
Familiarity with agile methodologies and user-centered design principles
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
