Responsibilities

Manage accounting operations including Billing, AR, AP, GL, cash management, tax reporting and payroll

Coordinate close process in accordance with corporate accounting processes, procedures and timetables and in compliance with local, state and federal requirements

Manage and monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems and ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information

Maintain and enforce a documented system of accounting policies and procedures as well as short- and long-range departmental goals and objectives

Coordinate and prepare data and schedules for annual financial audits by independent auditors, federal and state auditors, and customer auditors

Manage and oversee budgetary and other systems for internal control and ensuring such controls are in compliance with corporate, and regulatory policies and procedures

Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget

Ensure that all financial reports are prepared and submitted to senior management and governmental agencies as required

Manage growing shared service center model with overseas support personnel while ensuring compliance with company policies and internal controls
