Responsibilities
Produce geometry models for RCS simulation
Execute RCS simulations
Perform analysis of simulation results
Perform RCS component measurements
Travel to perform ship checks
Generate reports and briefs
Qualification
Required
Minimum Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, or Physics
Prior Modeling and Simulation (M&S) experience
2-3 years of experience with simulations and analysis
Proficiency in MATLAB
Proficiency with one or more standard industry CAD tools like Rhino, SolidWorks, or FEMAP
Ability to work in Linux and Windows OS
Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
Ability to travel and support physical activities
Candidate must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance or favorable adjudication of a national security background investigation
Preferred
Advanced degree is preferred
Exposure to electromagnetics is a plus
Current completion of a successful background investigation is a plus
