Internal Sales Associate
Affordable Health Insurance Agency (AHIA) is a multi-line insurance provider dedicated to helping families analyze their insurance needs and find affordable protection plans tailored to their unique requirements. The Internal Sales Associate will engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs, provide personalized product recommendations, and close sales, while also managing client relationships and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs
Provide personalized product recommendations
Close sales
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Manage client relationships
Maintain a high level of product knowledge
Achieve sales targets
Use CRM and AI systems to track and manage leads efficiently
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and relationship building
Sales-oriented skills such as negotiation, lead management, and achieving sales goals
Customer service expertise, including problem-solving and the ability to address client inquiries effectively
Operational skills in CRM systems, data entry, and managing daily tasks with efficiency
Demonstrated self-motivation, goal-driven mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus
State insurance license or willingness to acquire one (supported by company resources)
Preferred
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred but not required
