Responsibilities
Correspondence with IRS/State authorities by phone, email, and/or fax (Compliance Calls)
File IRS Tax Programs (OIC, CNC, Installment agreements, Non-Collectable, Innocent Spouse, etc.) Must be able to fight for the client to get the best resolution for their back taxes
Remove Garnishments, IRS levies, or federal tax liens
Interact with Management/Sales in a professional and timely manner
Provide Direction to Case Managers to keep Resolutions moving forward
Prioritize caseload and Manage assigned Client Pipeline
Qualification
Required
Enrolled Agent or Tax Attorney certification
Self-motivated and hardworking
High-energy candidate
Ability to correspond with IRS/State authorities by phone, email, and/or fax
Experience filing IRS Tax Programs (OIC, CNC, Installment agreements, Non-Collectable, Innocent Spouse, etc.)
Ability to fight for the client to get the best resolution for their back taxes
Experience removing Garnishments, IRS levies, or federal tax liens
Professional interaction with Management/Sales
Ability to provide direction to Case Managers
Ability to prioritize caseload and manage assigned Client Pipeline
