Responsibilities

Analyze architectural and engineering designs for compliance with fire codes and standards

Conduct on-site evaluations (where needed) and create comprehensive fire and life safety reports

Collaborate with clients, designers, and building officials to solve fire protection challenges

Develop fire protection and life safety designs in AutoCAD and Revit

Coordinate and witness system testing for fire alarms and fire protection systems

Lead performance-based design solutions using tools like fire and egress modeling

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and Revit

Strong communication skills and the ability to manage deadlines independently
