Monitor production metrics in real time, analyze anomalies, and drive corrective actions. Deliver onboarding training for new hires blending theory and hands-on practice

Execute equipment/material performance evaluations to assure testing process reliability

Conduct root-cause analysis of test errors and implement solutions to eliminate recurring defects

Standardize production workflows and equipment maintenance to enhance line consistency

Lead client Design of Experiments validations, document compliance reports, and resolve critical anomalies via cross-functional collaboration

Adhere to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures in all operational workflows

Required
