Responsibilities
Fixture design: analyze and design fixture designs using CAD software and propose improvements
Fixture purchase: Work cross-functionally (production, asset department) to enhance fixture arrived before built start
New fixture/tools IQC(incoming quality control): follow IQC inspection procedures to check the samples meet the specification requirement or not
Fixture/tools diagnose, repair: to ensure fixture performance and reduce maintenance costs
SMT fixture document management and technician training: formulate and compile operation standard, and training technician
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or above
1-3 years of experience in Fixture/JIG maintenance, tooling design, or precision equipment repair (electronics/smartphone manufacturing preferred)
Understand SMT process flow
Proficient in using CAD drawing software
Possess mechanical troubleshooting skills
Possess good problem-solving ability
Team collaboration spirit
Meticulous and careful work
