Responsibilities

Collect, validate, and interpret data from various sources to evaluate operational performance and forecast trends

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key supply chain metrics (e.g., inventory levels, lead times, vendor performance, cost metrics)

Identify inefficiencies or gaps within the supply chain process and recommend solutions to streamline operations

Work with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Production, Logistics, IT, etc.) to implement process improvements and monitor impact

Support the development of demand forecasts, inventory plans, and procurement strategies through advanced data analysis techniques

Contribute insights for capacity planning and risk mitigation strategies

Collaborate with suppliers and other external partners to ensure quality and timely delivery

Provide analytical support during contract negotiations and performance reviews

Qualification

Required

B.S. or M.B.A in supply chain management, business analytics, Industrial engineer or related field

15+ years in supply chain analysis, operations, logistics or similar role

Deep knowledge of manufacturing, additive manufacturing, and test procedures

Experience with ERP systems

Excellent communication skills being able to describe supply chain risk to stakeholders

Experience collaborating with various cross-functional groups

Ability to maintain or obtain TS//SCI clearance

Work Location: this role will be fully onsite at our factory in Long Beach, CA

Work environment is in a standard office, working at a desk or in a production factory

Physical demands may include frequent standing, sitting, walking, bending, and lifting or carrying items up to 20lbs
