Responsibilities
Warmly greet and assist patients at the front and back office
Perform blood draws (venipuncture) safely and effectively
Process and ship laboratory samples accurately
Assist with EKGs, vital signs, subcutaneous injection, and other procedures as needed
Serve as a backup study coordinator
Provide clerical and administrative support
Qualification
Required
CPT-1 or Certified Medical Assistant
Experience and skill in venipuncture (blood draw), especially in older adults
Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks with precision
A command of professional spoken and written English
