Responsibilities
Closing Document Preparation: Utilize Doc Magic to prepare and review accurate and compliant Initial Closing Disclosures (ICDs) and final closing documents
Balancing Final CD: Collaborate with lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders to ensure the Final CD is balanced accurately and complies with regulations
Wire and Funding Authorization: Coordinate the timely release of wires and funding authorizations, ensuring all required documents and approvals are in place
Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with all parties involved, including loan officers, processors, title companies, and borrowers
Compliance: Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local regulations to ensure all processes and documentation meet legal requirements
Software Proficiency: Effectively navigates Doc Magic and other platforms to facilitate closing
Qualification
Required
Experience with Doc Magic is mandatory
Strongly understanding of mortgage closing processes and regulatory requirements
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to accuracy
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly and effectively
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and external stakeholders
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Mortgage Closer or in a related role
Preferred
Familiarity with Lending Pad and Monday is highly desirable
