Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities
Conducting targeted outbound prospecting activities to identify and engage potential customers
Utilizing various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to reach out to prospects
Qualifying leads based on established criteria to ensure alignment with the company's target customer profile
Gathering and documenting relevant information about prospects to facilitate smooth handoff to the sales team
Participating in and contributing to sales campaigns and promotions to drive lead generation
Collaborating with marketing to align outbound efforts with overall company goals
Effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services to prospects
Following up on inbound leads promptly and nurture leads through the sales funnel
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
Ensuring data integrity and providing regular reports on prospecting activities
Working closely with the sales team to coordinate and facilitate the transition of qualified leads
Collaborating with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
Become part of the sales motion with the sales team to ensure increased closed rates on SQL’s
Staying informed about industry trends, product features, and competitive landscape
Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
Qualification
Required
Highly motivated individual with a strong desire to be in sales and have previous experience in an outbound technical sales role
Not afraid of cold calling
Eager for coaching and have a passion for developing your sales skills
Engaging in your communication and possessing strong storytelling abilities
Capable of understanding of customer pain points, requirements and correlating potential business to value that can be provided by technical services
Collaborative Team Player with a respectful demeanor and a drive for a collective victory
Driven by purpose and by winning with a team-first attitude
Flexibility to work outside traditional business hours, including early mornings and/or evenings to accommodate international time zones
